You will own confidential personnel records, streamline HR workflows, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and partner with Nintendo recruiting on staff projects.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, OB, or Business Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with tact and professionalism.
• Adaptable to change and able to manage competing demands.
• Experience interacting with employees at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
