Job summary

Dôen is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in the Los Angeles area. The role includes end-to-end payroll, HRIS management, onboarding, and employee records maintenance, reporting to the VP of Human Resources.

The position is hybrid with three days in office (HQ and Warehouse) and two days remote, requiring two days on-site at the warehouse each week, to support payroll and warehouse HR partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience with direct payroll experience.
• Experience supporting a warehouse, distribution center, or frontline workforce preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment law (FLSA, ACA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Rippling).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for warehouse roles, including day-one orientations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and assist with related claims and taxation processes.
• Partner with VP of HR on employee relations and safety/compliance initiatives.
