Job summary

ALVEST is seeking an HR Generalist in Eau Claire, WI. This full-time role supports payroll validation, HR records, and staff training across the site, partnering with regional HR managers and the group HR Director to ensure compliant HR practices.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Payroll processing, HR record-keeping, and HRIS/HRMS experience.
• Experience organizing and delivering training programs, including EH&S topics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between employees and the corporate office, supporting a high-performance culture.
• Validate payroll from the central office and assist employees with payroll questions.
• Back-up administrator in WIN when needed.
• Recruit for open positions or work with regional recruiters to fill roles promptly.
• Organize, schedule, and record training activities for factory, hourly, and salaried employees.
• Oversee and deliver EH&S training topics.
