Job summary

Sonderen Packaging is seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave administration in a 30-hour-per-week role at our Spokane facility. You will handle HRIS data, employee records, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of HR experience, including payroll administration.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of FMLA, PFML, ADA, and workers’ compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding including posting positions and coordinating interviews.
• Payroll processing and timekeeping, including bonuses and deductions.
• Administer employee benefits and leave programs; maintain records and respond to inquiries.
