You will maintain accurate payroll, data integrity, and compliant processes while partnering with leadership to drive scalable HR systems and a thriving people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience running payroll with high accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data integrity.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and related compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in an in-office environment in Irvine, CA.
