Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification highly preferred.

• Support recruitment and onboarding for facility positions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations concerns.
• Coordinate documentation for employee leave of absences.
• Facilitate employee wellness events and HR process improvements.
