MITYMITY Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to keep HR processes running smoothly and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders. This office-based role covers payroll, benefits, leave administration, HRIS management, and employee communications.

The successful candidate will manage benefits enrollments, biweekly payroll, leave administration, HR records, and reporting while supporting HR initiatives and policy development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in HR practices and employment laws.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, enrollments and changes.
• Process biweekly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and administer employee leave programs (FMLA and others).
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Provide HR policy guidance to employees and leaders.
• Create and coordinate employee communications and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports for leadership and operations.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
