Your first project will be up to 20 hours/week.

Your projects will include:

1. Modern people practices and systems thinking that blend results with empathy.
2. Helping growing companies build processes, automations, and systems with technology, aiming to work yourself out of a role.
3. Managing ongoing payroll and onboarding in Paylocity.

We're looking for someone with:

1. 5+ years of HR experience.
2. Tech intuition, with the ability to discuss how you've utilized technology and kept up with tech trends.
3. Flexibility, as this is consulting and things change frequently.
4. A passion for startups and business, incorporating context into leadership.
