Job summary

Atoms is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to serve as the administrative and operational backbone for our Kitchens, Picnic, and general HR teams. This role is designed for a professional with 2–4 years of experience eager to grow their skills in employee relations, manager enablement, and data-driven HR strategy.

You will handle day-to-day HR operations, ticket management, and hourly employee escalations, moving the team from a reactive to a proactive operational model.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations and professional conflict resolution.
• Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems, and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for daily hourly employee escalations, resolving issues professionally.
• Address employee concerns and grievances while providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with the Director of HR to solve complex issues, build manager resources, and draft Performance Recovery Plans (PRPs).
• Coach managers on performance-related issues and support performance evaluation processes.
