<p>A-LIGN External is looking for a Human Resources Operations Generalist to manage HR data, offer analytics, and support compliance with laws. In this role, you will enhance HR processes, work closely with management, and tackle complex HR issues with data-driven strategies. You will be vital in shaping HR policies and presenting actionable insights to drive the company's growth.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of HR experience, demonstrating strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.</p>

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in human resources, consulting, or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience in analytics and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of computer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees and managers on employee relations issues.
• Build and improve HR processes to support the business.
• Surface workforce risks and opportunities proactively.
• Investigate HR data from multiple systems.
• Shape HR policies with data and outside benchmarks.
• Design and produce HR analyses while ensuring data accuracy.
• Advise leaders on legal and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
