Job summary

All Energy Solar, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to anchor HR operations within a growing renewable energy company. This onsite role balances administrative duties with strategic HR initiatives to support our workforce.

You will partner with leadership, manage onboarding and offboarding, benefits, HRIS (Paycor), and compliance while driving employee engagement and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with a benefits focus.
• Experience managing benefit plans and coordinating with external broker agencies.
• Proficient HRIS management and Paycor HCM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and data privacy.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, orientation, and full-cycle employee integration.
• Manage offboarding processes and asset/deactivate accounts.
• Oversee benefits administration and broker coordination.
• Configure Paycor HCM/HRIS for workflows and data integrity.
• Provide HR analytics on headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, and engagement.
• Support policy enhancements and compliance across regions.
