Techo-Bloc is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to help develop and implement HR strategies, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and benefits administration. You will manage onboarding, HRIS records, and compliance across the organization, while supporting recruitment and policy execution.

The role emphasizes employee engagement, policy communication, and benefits administration, with relocation assistance available and a Monday–Friday onsite work schedule in Waterloo, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years HR generalist experience.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and legislative requirements.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Energetic and positive personality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and benefits administration.
• Plan onboarding for new employees and maintain HRIS records in compliance with laws.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance reviews.
• Support recruiting activities including posting roles and screening candidates.
• Coordinate employee recognition events and communicate company vision, mission, and values.
• Administer benefits plans and leave management (FMLA, disability).
