Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks an HR Generalist to support the corporate office HR functions onsite in Atlanta, GA. You will manage onboarding, employee development, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with regulations and aligning with talent initiatives.

You will collaborate with the HRIS team to implement compliant processes, maintain records, and support talent reviews. This role emphasizes strong communication and cross-department collaboration in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in hands-on employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; implement best practices.
• Support Talent Review and succession planning in collaboration with functional areas.
• Address employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR Director as needed.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Coordinate HR-related activities across departments with communications team.
• Schedule trainings and HR-related meetings; prepare materials.
• Assist in HR projects like employee check-ins and exit interviews.
