Responsibilities
  • Support HR strategies with a people-centered approach, partnering with managers and front-line leaders to support performance management, employee relations, compliance, and engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, executing recruitment strategies and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Consult with managers, frontline leaders, and employees, providing HR guidance and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Actively support and reinforce company culture grounded in our core values.
  • Guide managers in identifying, documenting, and addressing performance gaps while strengthening engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Address employee relations concerns promptly, conduct investigations, and partner with leadership on resolutions.
  • Support HR programs such as performance reviews, engagement and retention initiatives, and personal development plans.
  • Support the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants.
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines through proactive external engagement aligned to business workforce needs.
  • Source candidates using job boards, trade schools, universities, career fairs, industry associations, and social media.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • 5+ years progressive HR experience with a minimum of 2 years as an HR Generalist.
  • 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer and negotiation, and onboarding.
  • 1+ year experience in resolving employee relations matters and leading investigations.
  • Professional in Human Resources® (HRCI PHR®) or Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM CP®) certification, preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing industry experience, preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of HR practices including compensation, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, change management, and organizational development.
