Job summary

Confire EMS is seeking an HR Assistant to support the Director of Human Resources in Rancho Cucamonga. You will help with recruiting, screening, hiring, orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.

You will assist management, support and field staff with HR inquiries, maintain employee files, and uphold company policies while protecting confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years human resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR director with recruiting, screening, hiring, orientation, and onboarding.
• Respond to HR questions from management, staff, and field teams.
