Job summary

Kurita America is seeking a Human Resources Generalist - Microelectronics to provide comprehensive HR support across the Microelectronics Division in the US. Based in Minneapolis with hybrid in-office 3-4 days per week and moderate travel, the role partners with managers to drive performance, policy interpretation, onboarding, and workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience, manufacturing/engineering background preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for Microelectronics sites across the U.S.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and ensure compliant resolution of concerns.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and HR best practices.
• Support employee engagement, retention, development, and organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and workforce transitions for employees and contractors.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, leave, payroll inquiries, and performance reviews.
• Partner with leaders to identify workforce challenges and develop HR solutions.
• Collaborate with EHS and site leadership on safety and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes in a growing environment.
