Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with leave management, workers' compensation, unemployment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience; Workday a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and coaching to supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and development.
• Partner with leaders to support employee relations and performance management processes.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA) and workers' compensation/unemployment processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
• Analyze HR trends and assist with compensation planning and job evaluations.
