Job summary

InteLogix is a leading provider leveraging technology to enhance client experiences. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a remote workforce and help develop policies, maintain the employee handbook, and handle employee relations and HR investigations.

The role requires ~5+ years in HR, CA compliance knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Remote work is available for candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• ~5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• ~5+ years of HR generalist experience supporting California employees and CA wage/hour rules.
• ~ Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, org diagnosis, employee and union relations, performance management, and employment laws.
• ~ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ~ Experience with HRIS systems.
• ~ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintains employee handbook and policies manual.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and other meetings/seminars.
• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.

• ~ Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• ~ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ~ Experience with HRIS systems.
• ~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience.
