Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Experience with ADP.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate bi-weekly and monthly payroll and prepare required accounting reports.
• Process garnishments, child support orders, unemployment claims, and payroll-related employee records in the HRIS.
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly absenteeism reporting.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with local and state requirements.
• Support employee relations communications and payroll-related investigations.
• Track service awards, perfect attendance bonuses, and employee engagement invitations.
• Conduct payroll and assigned-area training as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality while providing accurate payroll and HR support.
• Use standard office equipment, Windows, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Follow all policies and procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.

• Problem analysis and problem resolution, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to sit for duration of shift
• Ability to lift 20-50lbs
