Job summary

The Structures Company in Gainesville, TX is seeking an HR Generalist I to manage the end-to-end hourly recruitment process, including posting requisitions, sourcing, screening and coordinating phone interviews. This contract role supports a top-tier client in the aerospace and defense staffing space.

Responsibilities include logistics for candidate travel, lodging, reimbursements, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments, plus building a proactive talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• U.S. Person per ITAR requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in a high-volume setting.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or AIRS/LinkedIn certification preferred.

Summary

• Manages the end-to-end hourly recruitment process including requisition posting, candidate sourcing, screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling.

• Coordinates recruitment logistics including candidate travel, lodging, reimbursements, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.

• Develops and implements recruitment strategies within assigned areas to source and attract qualified candidates.

• Builds and maintains a pipeline of passive talent using multiple sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.

• Uses multiple job boards and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn for sourcing and pipelining.

• Represents the company at approved career fairs and recruitment events.

• Manages and updates the intern program and maintains the Recruitment KPI Dashboard.

• Supports union-related hourly recruitment activities including recall processes.

• Creates and maintains accurate and compliant employee files and required new hire documentation.

• Uses Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for documents, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of four years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, pipelining, or sourcing in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment.

• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process including requisition posting, sourcing, screening, phone interviews, scheduling, and offer coordination.

• Proficiency using multiple job boards and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn is preferred.

• Experience conducting phone interviews and assessing candidates verbally.

• Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines using sourcing strategies for passive talent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating documents, reports, and presentations.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

• AIRS or LinkedIn certification preferred.
