Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic EMEA HR Generalist & HRBP to support HR operations for the EMEA region and HR strategy for one of our CAM business units. This role combines HR generalist responsibilities with HR business partnering to ensure consistent HR strategy and practices while adapting to local employment laws and cultural nuances. It is a key role in attracting, managing, developing, and retaining top talent to drive our business objectives forward.

Our digital manufacturing solutions automate and connect the component manufacturing value chain – from design and planning to preparation, production, and verification. The three business units supported by this position are SigmaNEST, GibbsCAM, and Cimatron:

  • SigmaNEST: A leading provider of innovative end-to-end CAD/CAM software solutions that help professional fabricators increase ROI by optimizing material utilization, machine motion, manpower, and data management.
  • GibbsCAM: Designs, develops, and delivers CAM software with a proven track record of productivity gains, positioned as a leading CAM innovator in manufacturing industries.
  • Cimatron: Provides toolmakers with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for designing and manufacturing plastic injection molds and sheet metal stamping dies, as well as programming 2D to 5-Axis milling CNC machines.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic HR Business Support: Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate workforce plans, define HR strategies, and implement action plans aligned with business needs. Enhance employee engagement, talent management, and work closely with stakeholders to drive growth.
  2. Multi-Country Employee Relations: Act as the HR point of contact for employees and managers across multiple countries, addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  3. Performance Management & Development: Manage performance review processes, provide coaching, and support employee development through training programs and workshops.
  4. Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for regional roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify and manage hiring needs.
  5. HR Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, report on key HR metrics, and analyze data to inform actions.
  6. Compensation & Benefits: Assist with job evaluations, provide compensation and benefits benchmarks, and collaborate with payroll teams for accurate processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR generalist roles with multi-country responsibilities and 2-3 years as a strategic HR business leader within an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in EU countries.
  • Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel up to 10-15%.
