Dinasty Security is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate day-to-day HR for 100+ security officers across three shifts. This role owns full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, compliance, records, and benefits. You will gather facts on sensitive matters and prepare summaries for executive review, with emphasis on federal and California employment law.

The position is onsite in Vernon, CA with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and HR operations in a high-volume security environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience in a high-volume hourly workforce.
• Proficiency with ADP and ATS (HRIS/ATS proficiency).
• Knowledge of federal and California employment law including leave administration.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruiting strategy and full-cycle hiring in a high-volume environment.
• Process new hires in ADP; complete E-Verify / I-9 verification, background checks, and onboarding.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and maintain confidential personnel files.
• Administer employee benefits including health insurance renewal and open enrollment.
• Administer and track leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, PDL) and accommodations (ADA/FEHA).
• Coordinate field employee relations matters and prepare summaries for leadership and legal review.
• Prepare termination/separation documentation and handle verifications.
• Manage workers' compensation claims end-to-end and report incidents.
