Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal and California employment law.
• Experience with onboarding, records, and benefits administration.

• Lead recruiting strategy and full-cycle hiring in a high-volume environment.
• Process new hires in ADP; complete E-Verify / I-9 verification, background checks, onboarding docs.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and maintain confidential personnel files.
• Administer employee benefits and annual renewal/open enrollment.
• administer and track leaves (FMLA, CFRA, PDL) and accommodations (ADA/FEHA).
• Coordinate field investigations, prepare summaries for leadership/legal review.
• Prepare termination/separation docs; handle employment verifications and EDD docs.
• Manage workers' compensation claims end-to-end with carriers.
• Track turnover and HR metrics; support audits and recordkeeping.
• Ensure HR processes comply with federal, CA, and company rules.
