Job summary

DSI Management, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Winter Park, FL to provide vital HR support across its partner companies. The role collaborates with managers to communicate HR policies, supports background checks and unemployment processes, and assists with compliance and employee relations.

Requirements include 3–5 years of HR experience; HR or Business Administration with HR concentration preferred; PHR/ SPHR or SHRM - CP/SCP preferred.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years to five (5) years experience in HR.
• HR or Business Administration with HR concentration preferred.
• PHR/ SPHR or SHRM - CP/SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• The HR Generalist partners with managers and staff to communicate human resources policies, procedures and programs for DSI and partner companies.
• Provides coaching and consultation to supervisors and managers when employee issues arise and escalates to VP of HR as needed.
• Assists in processing background checks and updating AHCA rosters for all companies and coordinates unemployment hearing attendance.
• Files unemployment claims timely and supports the progressive discipline process.
• Investigates complaints and corporate compliance calls promptly and thoroughly.
