Job summary

Ornua is seeking an HR Generalist to support multiple business units in a manufacturing environment. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and payroll-related support.

You will collaborate with senior HR management and build relationships across departments, while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HR policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of Human Resource experience including employee relations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee relations investigations and advise on course of action.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding planning for new hires.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
• Support performance management initiatives and employee development.
• Coach supervisors on employee relations matters and provide counseling as needed.
• Answer questions on benefits, payroll, and working conditions; escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with HR compliance audits and leave processes.
• Develop and deliver learning programs for staff and management.
• Serve as liaison between management and employees to resolve issues.
