Job summary

Aviagen, the world’s leading poultry breeding company, is hiring an HR Generalist to administer HR policies and provide consultation across all HR activities for the region.

The role covers payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and record-keeping in the Workday ERP, plus partnering with Global HR to implement programs and KPIs. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and HRIS data; ensure accurate record keeping.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes; support training initiatives.
• Coordinate KPI tracking and talent management efforts with local leaders.
• Partner with Global HR to implement HR programs and strategies.
