Job summary

Contexture seeks an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support with emphasis on talent acquisition and leave administration. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, working with hiring managers to secure top talent and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

You will administer leaves, interpret employment laws, and contribute to compliance and HR process improvements. Based in Phoenix, AZ, this role requires in-office presence with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience administering FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, or other leave processes.
• Experience in healthcare or technology preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-state workforces a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and hiring strategies.
• Build pipelines using proactive sourcing, job boards, social platforms, networking and partnerships.
• Ensure compliant selection processes per EEO/ADA/OFCCP and state/federal laws.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with structured evaluations.
• Administer leaves including FMLA/ADA/ADAAA and leave documentation.
• Coordinate with Benefits and Payroll on leave pay and timekeeping.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and support HR cycles like performance reviews and merit processes.
