Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with internal groups and ensure seamless HR programs and processes across our business. You will advise managers on employee relations, administer compensation and job evaluations, and support staffing initiatives with Talent Acquisition.

The role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local laws, plus coordinating training to enhance workforce skills and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with internal groups to coordinate HR programs and processes within a business function.
• Implement and enforce programs and policies to drive employee engagement and performance.
• Advise supervisors on employee relations, training, and development of their teams.
• Administer compensation programs, salary planning, and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for staffing and employment-branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Coordinate and support training initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Recruit hourly manufacturing staff in a seasonal environment and professional/technical roles.
