Job summary

Prairie Band LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave management, and compliance in our Holton, Kansas operations. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires collaboration with leadership to promote engagement and policy adherence.

The successful candidate will handle employee relations, maintain confidential records, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting organizational goals in an exempt position with occasional

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience.
Knowledge of federal, state, local, and tribal employment laws.
Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency with MS Office 365, HRIS, and business software.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and support HR operations and compliance.
Administer benefits enrollment, leave programs, and open enrollment planning.
Support investigations and employee relations matters with documentation and resolution.
