The role covers benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment and compliance with employment laws. You will support payroll, reporting, and policy development while fostering a constructive, ethical, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship building and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of HRIS, Excel, database management and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and employee issues company-wide.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are consistently administered.
• Provide coaching and conflict resolution to managers and employees.
• Facilitate employee relations issues as needed.
• Manage employee data including personal, compensation, benefits, tax, attendance, performance evaluations and terminations.
• Present information clearly and prepare reports for management.
• Participate in policy and procedure development.
• Deliver high level service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform tasks with flexibility as demands change.
• Investigate employee and customer situations, including harassment and policy violations.
• Assist in payroll processing as needed.
• Assist in recruiting process as needed.
• Assess situations and make timely decisions.
• Demonstrate trustworthy and ethical behavior; promote a friendly work environment.
• Participate in project work and other duties as assigned.
