Job summary

Ferrero is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide operational and employee support across HR functions. The role acts as a bridge between daily HR activities and strategic business objectives, partnering with employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective HR solutions.

The position focuses on ensuring consistent application of HR policies, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
1–3 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, including hires, terminations, leaves, and payroll updates.
Monitor headcount, KPI metrics, and staffing needs across the organization.
Advise employees and leaders on investigations, corrective actions, and employee relations.
Provide coaching to supervisors on HR best practices, recruitment, performance, and engagement.
Lead recruitment efforts for hourly and salary roles, including screening and interviews.
Administer leave programs (FMLA, disability, parental leave) and ensure smooth returns-to-work.
Manage employee uniforms, inventory, distribution, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate employee communications and support organizational development and compensation benchmarking.
