Job summary

Hayden Beverage Co. in Boise, ID is seeking an HR Generalist to provide HR support, guidance, and program coordination across departments. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

The role requires 1–3 years of HR experience, proficiency with Paycom or similar HRIS, and strong communication skills. Compensation is $28.85–$31.25 per hour, with a standard 9am start and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience required, PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred
• High School or GED equivalent required
• Experience with Paycom or other HRIS system preferred
• Demonstrate history of successful hiring including recruiting, interviewing, and retention
• Must be comfortable with regular public speaking
• Demonstrate knowledge of laws and regulations related to human resource management
• Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support, guidance, and assistance across departments
• Coordinate HR programs, policies, and regulatory compliance
• Assist leaders with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Support performance management processes and documentation
• Maintain personnel files, I-9s, DOT and medical files
• Provide administration for HR and safety compliance processes
• Support office administrative duties as needed
