Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, business, internship, or related professional experience.
• Interest in developing a broad career within Human Resources.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other business systems preferred. Paycom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and recruiting activities across multiple locations and time zones.
• Manage candidate communications and recruiting logistics to deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop behavior-based interview guides aligned with role requirements.
• Support sourcing activities and talent pipeline development for targeted and early-career positions.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and related HR processes.
• Participate in campus recruiting activities and career fairs; support employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing on campaigns and materials.
