Job summary

The ideal candidate must be available for second shift work from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and will be responsible for handling HR inquiries, conducting transactions, and assisting with HR projects.

Qualifications

• Entry-level HR Generalist role focusing on efficiency in HR service delivery.
• Preferred experience with Workday or similar ATS systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine HR inquiries and manage to completion.
• Conduct HR transactions including orientation and exits.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS transactions.
• Serve as the primary contact for HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with departmental HR projects as needed.
