Job summary

Encompass, located at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center in Texas, is seeking an HR Generalist to support benefits, employee relations, and payroll inquiries. This role acts as a culture champion and primary HR contact for the site.

The ideal candidate has strong employee relations skills and experience in a fast-paced distribution environment, with on-site work Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Join a team focused on safety, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with HRIS and payroll processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and fast response to all employee relations inquiries.
• Serve as a primary contact for team members on HR questions (benefits, payroll, and employee relations).
• Perform thorough investigations in a timely manner.
• Lead culture events, wellness programs and HR reports.
• Utilize HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) and Jira in day-to-day activities.
• Provide recruiting support including sourcing and onboarding talent.
• Assist HR Team with special projects and initiatives.
