Town and Country Resort in San Diego, CA is hiring a bilingual People Services Recruiter (English/Spanish) on-site. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, collaborate with department leaders, and shape the employee journey from onboarding to engagement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 4+ years HR/recruiting experience preferred.
• Hospitality or resort experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles.
• Create job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support team members and managers with HR-related questions and guidance.
• Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
• Partner with department leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Support HR projects, training programs, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws, company policies, and hiring practices.
• Translate and communicate HR information clearly in both English and Spanish.
