The HR Generalist is responsible for various aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Generalist will play a key role in providing HR guidance and support in developing and building strong relationships with operational areas and employees and will support the HR Manger with employee relations, HR policies and procedures, performance management, merit, etc. This role is core to our providing our employees with HR support. This role is highly visible and is responsible for deliverables such as maintaining people systems, creating reports, and assisting with people related programs.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 2+ years related experience and/or training. Bi-lingual in Spanish a must 5 Years of experience preferred.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000
