Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support recruitment, benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance management across Utah offices in Lehi, Salt Lake City, and St. George.

You will partner with leaders to foster a positive workplace culture, administer benefits, and help with HR policies and LMS coordination. The role requires 1–3 years of HR experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with leaders and employees to support a positive workplace culture.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and assist employees with HR-related questions.
• Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing payroll data, updating employee pay and deductions, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve payroll-related questions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update HR records, HRIS systems, and personnel files.
• Assist in performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and training.
• Assist in administering the Learning Management System (LMS), including coordinating course assignments, tracking training completion, and supporting employees in accessing learning resources.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and company events.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
