Emplify Health is seeking a collaborative and relationship-focused HR Generalist to support leaders and employees across multiple locations, including Gundersen Palmer, Tweeten Care Center, and Harmony Care Center. This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with operational leaders while providing hands-on HR support in a dynamic healthcare environment.
As an HR Generalist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and HR programs that support employee engagement and organizational success.
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends for education and/or orientation activities
Location: Split between supporting Gundersen Palmer in West Union, IA, Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN, and Harmony Care Center in Harmony, MN
Expected schedule may include approximately three days per week in West Union and two days per week supporting the Spring Grove/Harmony locations, based on business needs
Starting salary $57,000 and up, based on your relevant years of work experience.
