INNIO Group in Waukesha, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team supporting Jenbacher Operations at the Waukesha facility. The HR Generalist is responsible for employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

As HR Generalist you will work within our HR team supporting Jenbacher Operations at our Waukesha facility/site. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions for assigned business group(s). Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting performance management processes, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. This role also involves maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting immigration and audit-related matters, and assisting with payroll processing and HR special projects. The HR Generalist also contributes to policy development, labor law compliance, and the maintenance of HR systems and documentation.
