Job summary

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy in Surprise, AZ is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The role is full-time and based at our Surprise location with flexible Monday–Friday hours.

You will handle credentialing of clinical staff, payroll support, benefits administration, PTO, 401(k) questions, and general HR inquiries. Travel to other clinic locations may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health care setting, specifically credentialing healthcare providers with insurance companies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly and approachable, comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions through the HR inbox.
• Credentialing and onboarding of clinical employees with health insurance funding sources.
• Assist with employee benefits, PTO, 401(k), payroll, and Paylocity questions.
• Prepare payroll spreadsheets and review employee checks for accuracy.
• Support employee-relations matters, investigations, and terminations.
• Onboard and separate employees; maintain personnel files.

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the West side of the Phoenix valley. With 5 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, Lactation and Myo services. Responsibilities:

Join our Human Resources team and help support Team 4 Kids employees across all clinic locations. This full-time, hourly position is based at our Surprise location and offers flexible Monday-Friday hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to employee questions through the general HR inbox
• Contracting and credentialing clinical employees with health insurance funding sources
• Supporting employee benefits, PTO, 401(k), payroll, and Paylocity questions
• Preparing payroll spreadsheets and reviewing employee checks for accuracy
• Assisting with employee-relations matters, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations
• Completing employee onboarding and separation tasks
• Maintaining personnel files and confidential HR documentation
• Managing clinician credentialing, compliance requirements, and document expirations
• Assisting with leave, accommodation, and workers’ compensation matters as assigned
• Create and support company culture through engagement initiatives
• Providing shared HR support to all Team 4 Kids clinic locations
• Traveling to other clinic locations occasionally, as needed

Requirements:

1. Must have experience in a health care setting, specifically with credentialing healthcare providers with insurance companies
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Excellent time-management and organizational skills
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
8. Comfortable having difficult or sensitive conversations
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
10. One to two years of hands-on HR or related administrative experience preferred
11. Experience with a payroll or HR system, applicant tracking system, or Monday.com is a plus
12. Paylocity experience is a plus
