TEAM 4 KIDS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their team in Avondale, Arizona. The role involves conducting individual treatment sessions and evaluations in a supportive and creative environment. Candidates must hold a valid Arizona license or be willing to obtain one. The position offers weekly bonuses, mentorship, and a four-day work week. A relocation/signing bonus of up to $5000 is provided. Join a dedicated team passionate about children's therapy and growth.

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the West side of the Phoenix valley. With 4 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, Lactation and Myo services. We are currently growing to help cover our current needs while planning for our expansion. Responsibilities

• Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions, groups/classes and evaluations. Weekly department/company meetings, as well as supervision meetings. Therapy aides are available to assist all clinicians.

Requirements

• Must hold a current license for Occupational Therapy License in Arizona. If out of state, you must be willing to obtain an Arizona License.
• Must be willing to relocate to the Phoenix, Arizona area
