Andrews Federal is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, performance management, and employee relations across the organization. You will manage the full-cycle hiring process, partner with leaders, and maintain HRIS data for reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and a proactive approach to enhancing the employee experience while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Proficiency in HR best practices, policies, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and interview processes with hiring managers and department leaders.
• Manage performance management processes including 90-day reviews, mid-year checks, and annual reviews.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate routine reports; support employee relations and policy adherence.

Partner with ER leaders and management to create Performance Improvement Plans.Investigate employee and/or supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance, or attendance.Researches and recommends changes to internal policies and procedures.Monitor Employee Relations Issues and ensure timely resolution.Provide conflict management assistance when required.Conduct exit interviews, compile data and provide recommendations for change.Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.RecruitmentActively engage and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to strategize and provide assistance in the full-cycle recruiting process.Recruit and interview for different positions throughout the credit union. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS, make employment offers, and follow-up with candidates as needed.Developing a strong candidate pool through sourcing efforts such as internet job boards, networking, referrals, job fairs, scouting and cold calling.Other DutiesKeeps current with HR best practices and trends. Proactively identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance the employee experience and helps develop and implement innovative solutions.Maintain human resource information system (HRIS) and compile statistics and reports from the database as needed.Remains cognizant of and adheres to Andrews Federal policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy ActInteracts with co-workers, supervisors, members and outside contacts in an appropriate, professional manner which projects a positive image of the department and Andrews Federal.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE3 to 5 years of HR experience in recruitment and candidate sourcingBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSRequires the ability to sit at a desk and computer for extended period of time.Requires the ability to attend a variety of recruitment events.In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, it is possible that requirements may be modified to reasonably accommodate disabled individuals.
