Interim HR Generalist

Vaco is partnering with a client to identify an Interim HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day HR operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership. This role will provide hands‑on support across core HR functions while partnering with internal stakeholders and outside counsel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support job postings and collaborate with business leaders as new direct‑hire needs arise
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including walking employees through benefit and plan information
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and grievances, escalating appropriately and partnering with leadership and external counsel
• Provide guidance and support related to employee relations, workplace questions, and conflict resolution
• Assist with internal employee communications, including guest notifications, birthdays, and company announcements

• HR Generalist background with experience across multiple HR functions
• Familiarity with employee benefit plans and enrollment processes
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
