This is a high-visibility role tailored for an HR professional who excels in a multi-site, distributed workforce environment. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, the ideal candidate will blend operational excellence with a strong customer-service mindset-bringing order to complex data, resolving front-line workforce matters with urgency, and supporting scalable HR practices as we grow.
As our HR Generalist, you will provide critical day-to-day support across the entire employee lifecycle, manage HRIS data integrity, support employment compliance, and serve as an essential operational partner to our field leadership and corporate teams.
