Job summary

LSCRE, a fast-growing NYC real estate investment firm, seeks an HR Generalist to drive hiring, onboarding, and employee development across the portfolio. You’ll partner with onsite leadership to fill roles quickly and set new hires up for success.

You’ll manage onboarding programs, maintain the LMS, coordinate training, and assist with transfers and HRIS needs. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support our diverse team and confidential processes.

• Support transfers, coaching, and HRIS needs across the portfolio.

Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) is preferred.

How You’ll Achieve It

Because a large portion of the LSCRE employee base is bilingual and continuing to grow, proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred for this role.
