Job Summary: | Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Human Resources in the Division of Recreation and Wellbeing (Rec Well), the HR Generalist will oversee the employee lifecycle for over 1,100 student employees serving in diverse roles, including lifeguards, fitness instructors, summer camp counselors, climbing wall attendants, operations staff, and more. This position plays a critical role in student recruitment, hiring, onboarding, appointment auditing, compliance (including I-9's, youth protection policies, background checks), and offboarding. |

Responsibilities: | Provides human resources (HR) information and support to a work unit regarding more than one HR functional area to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. Maintains personnel records and assists with work unit operational policy development.
