Job summary

Runergy Alabama Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support staffing, onboarding, and employee relations across the organization.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) and 5+ years of HR experience. You will collaborate with our Recruiting Specialist and department heads to identify hiring needs, ensure compliant practices, and manage HR data and benefits inquiries.

• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Recruiting Specialist with interviews and making job offers.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Specialist and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution for HR-related issues.
• Mediate and resolve workplace disputes and conflicts.
• Promote positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files, payroll data, and other relevant information.
• Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics.
