Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our Burlington, MA store team. You will create an easy, inspiring guest experience and support staffing, training, and scheduling processes to keep store operations running smoothly.

You will work with store leaders to anticipate talent needs, lead recruitment efforts, and ensure adherence to company compliance, safety, and guest-first service standards across shifts, including peak times and weekends.

Qualifications
