Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to drive guest-centric staffing and HR operations in-store. The role supports leaders, assists with recruitment, training, scheduling, and compliance while delivering a friendly, efficient guest experience.

You will collaborate with HR leaders, manage scheduling tools, and help ensure the right mix of experience and skills for each area of the business, including peak times and holidays.

• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Deliver on HR processes to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
